I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the wonderful job you did installing the heating and air conditioning system in our home.
Needing a new furnace and air conditioning system is not something that comes at the right time or that the average home wants to spend money on, however, you made the experience a very positive one. You did what you said, when you would do it, how you would do it, and at a fair price. In short, you showed integrity in your work.
Your crew was prompt, professional, courteous, and clean.
Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference for future jobs.
To whom it may concern,
During the last three year period, Weather Machines has bid, won and successfully completed many contracts for Chem-tronics, Inc. The owners and their personnel that have worked at Chem-tronics have always conducted themselves and performed their work in a professional manner.
They arrive on time and complete their work on schedule. Their materials used have been of good quality and their workmanship and site cleanup have always been acceptable. They have stood behind each of their jobs until completed to my satisfaction.
In summary, Chem-tronics has never had any concerns about Weather Machines workmanship, quality of materials or post job support. We will continue to use them on our active bid list.
I just wanted to thank you for the help with the A/C. The crew you sent over were terrific, the workmanship was firs class, and the equipment is working great.
Scott in particular worked really hard all day to get the job completed with a lot of assistance with Bruce who ended up under the house, (not my favorite thing).
Anyway, thanks for everything and if you ever need a reference, please do not hesitate to use my name.
Thanks for all your hard work.
Dear Chuck and staff:
Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new Trane AC unit. It cools beautifully and is amazingly economical to run.
And, of course thanks again to Brian for his expert installation. I will definitely recommend Weather Machines to my friends who are in the market for a new heating or AC system.
I consulted with several AC companies, from big names to family owned and operated, before deciding to go with Weather Machines. Scott did the initial estimate and thoroughly explained my options. As he was the last company to provide me a bid, I already knew what to expect and had a good idea of what I wanted.
Having experienced a few companies trying to sell me more than what I needed (it's a condo, not a mansion!) and poor sales tactics of talking bad about other companies, I wanted someone who was fairly priced, respectful, straight shooting, and looking out for me as the consumer. I am confident I got that with Weather Machines.
I was referred to these guys by a contractor we've used over the years and they turned out to be just as good. We were trying to close escrow when the gas company told us we may have to replace the furnace
First the owner of this company called promptly the morning after I left an online request. When I explained the situation he made arrangements to get someone out that same day. The technician Brian did a very thorough inspection and testing and determined it was a reasonable repair. Most places would just try to sell you a new unit.
These guys will take care of you! Had them install new Heater & A/C at my house 2 years ago, and also at my business at the same time. Our blower went out at work (and we work 7 days a week and NEED A/C), and they came out the same day, diagnosed it, and then gave us a loaner A/C unit the next day. Because they really care about the customers, we were able to keep working until the part came in (under warranty!)- no lost income for 5 days! As soon as the part was in- they were out and we were up and cooling!
Sure, most companies will give you a decent price, but in addition, these guys do their own duct work, know their business and by taking care of us- you know they have the full service. I respect good service, but more importantly know I will be taken care of!
In 2011 the AC in the foreclosed condo that I bought had ``technical difficulties``. My friend, a retired contractor, said that for years he worked with ``Chuck``. Chuck the owner of Weather Machines came over and fixed the old AC. This unit is 24 years old... living extra years. He gave me a few tips on maintenance to care for it. I've called three times over the last 3 years. Every time repairing/solving a different issue with it.
Chuck and Brian are ALWAYS courteous, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS professional. When the time comes when the AC finally dies, I'll be calling Weather Machines again. Hope is not anytime soon : )
